restoring wp database from dumps

I am restoring my blog on another hosting since inmotion kicked me out.

Now, there are 2 dumps of the database, one for core and another for plugins.

Please forgive me, but: am I supposed to import both those dump into the same, unique database, the one wordpress is going to use?
