Restoring the Blog page

  • Hi. I believe I deleted the blog page a long time ago on my WordPress site that is running the Astra theme. It’s not in the trash. Now I would like to add a blog page to my site. Is there anyway to get it back or do I need to install a brand new fresh install of wordpress? I also don’t have anything backed up. thank you!

  • Hi @kabbalisticvillage,

    It’s very easy to create a Blog post page on WordPress.

    1) Create a new Page (you can use an existing Page too if you like)
    2) Go to Settings > Reading
    3) From Post page dropdown, pick the Page you create on step #1

    That’s it!
