Restoring Stuck at 1%

    Hi, I have tried to restore a backup twice now and it keeps getting stuck at 1%. I downloaded the backup from the FTP to my desktop and then imported the files as instructed by your plugins error message…and it fails to restore. I’m finding that the plugin has become very unreliable as this is the second website in the last month that I’m having issues with.

    I have had no problems over the past two years until lately. And I have the plugin installed on over 20 sites.

    Is there a solution? Is there something that is causing problems with the latest release of WordPress? Is there now a baseline for hosting that needs to be set if I use this plugin moving forward?

    Some hosting providers have upload/memory restrictions that cannot be changed. You can find these providers under unsupported hosting providers.
