    Hi @hnoon

The issue is most likely caused by web server of your source website.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.

On the site where you made the backup:
    1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    3. Save that section
    – No need to make new backup

Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
    1. Open “Other options” section as well
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    5. Try to run the migration again with the same URL

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that solves your issue ??
    Thank you!

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
