Restoring domain name

    I recently tried to change my domain name to one I have purchased via 1&1 and I have managed to completely lock myself out of my website admin. My original domain name is with Hostinger but I have never backed this up and have no restore points.

    Can you please clarify something? Did you buy a new domain name or a domain name and HOSTING? A domain and Hosting can and many times are different companies.

    Please let us know are you trying to point the new domain to the original site or did you have to move the original site?
