Restoring deleted plugin (dir and db)

Hello, some days ago someone in the office unisntalled the plugin and deleted its directory too…
I need to restore all the custom related products but since then the site has been updated and changed a lot so I can’t restore an old backup. I can only put the directory inside “plugin” dir and perform some query to reupdate the database too. Can you help me in this? Which tabs, rows etc do I need to copy from the old db?
Any help will be appreciated.
