Restoring database hangs at 98%

    My backup is recent, and from a website running php version 5.6.31

    When trying to restore it to a locally-hosted site (using php version 5.6.25) everything seems OK until “Restoring database…” shows 98% complete. Then it stops progressing. The backup file is about 186 MB.

    Can you suggest a solution, please?
