Restoring an inadvertantly deleted Tag Widget

I accidently deleted my Tag Widget vs making it Inactive. I still have my Tag Cloud Widget. I am now using my Tag Cloud Widget in “The Primary Widget Area” but I would like to know what the real difference is in functionality/results between the two, and whether or not I even can or should restore the deleted Tag Widget. If I can and should restore it, then how do I do that. I am actually using WordPress under the Empower Network blogging platform at https://www.empowernetwork.com/ultimatefreedom/. Thank you.
