Restoring After Hack

How do you know the content folder is clean? And your database? Two months ago you got some advice from a well-respected forum moderator. Following the steps he outlined is the only practical way to ensure that you’ve done a thorough job.

The dates on the files plus I don’t want to lose the content. I’ve searched for someone to fix this but have been unable to find qualified people for a reasonable price.

I don’t know that anyone can answer that question. Personally I wouldn’t approach it that way but it’s not my site.
