Restoring a Database to a Clean WP Install

    On my domain fullfigureplus.com the domain was suspended and the original database and files are gone. I have a backup and have installed the latest version of WordPress. I do not think that the back up which I have which is dated Feb 29 is a different wp version but I could be wrong.

    my question is now that I have the domain back working and have uploaded the backup to the mysql site how do I get the database to point to the domain if those are the right words.

    I have checked all the login info for the config.php and they are correct but I cannot get the back up to the domain. help please
