    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    I restored the db already manually
    you wont be able to see any errors

    Can you please tell me how to backup with zip?
    we will stick with manual restore, and we won’t be able to unzip backup with your extention on ubuntu

    UPDATE

    it crash when i press (RESTORE DB)
    but it gose fine when i press (full restore)
    although the backup contains only DB data, no files included

    also please answer the question above

    Dear @mohhamedion ,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Unfortunately, you can’t use the zip file to restore, since we have our custom format, which is the.sgbp format.

    The backup file needs to be in the.sgbp format, so it can be imported to the plugin and restored.

    In case you have restored the DB already, would you like to send us the restore log of the failed attempt to troubleshoot and find the reasons for the failure?

    Hi again, i repeated the restore process again on my localhost
    first time i success restoring the db
    second time it crushed
