Restored WP but custom layout changed?

Hi, guys!

Still using your awesome plugin. The problem I’m having is I had to restore all my files earlier and I noticed that all the layouts I created with 3 columns are gone. They three columns are now stacked on top of each other instead of being side by side. How can I fix this?
