Restored Uploads on new site – don't see images in Library

Great plugin – I have it on several websites and have used it to do a full restore a few times.

I have a question about doing a restore of uploads only… I am rebuilding a site on a new server. I backed up just the Uploads from the current site and then restored it to the new site. The restore worked – I can see all of the uploads on the server, but the images don’t display in WordPress admin in the Library. I’m wondering how to fix it so I can use the images? Thanks in advance.
