Restored Database – How do I Get My Site Back?!

Hi,

I stupidly tried to upgrade to 2.5 which went horrifically wrong as I suspected. I tried following everything to the letter but obviously messed it up anyway. I made all backups as suggested so I’ve imported by backup database using phpmyadmin. What do I need to do next? I have a backup of files too but I don’t know what’s gone wrong or how to fix it.

Please help, this is really distressing.
