Restored Backup on New Server – Can not publish or save posts

  • We had a server failure and were transferred to a different server where a restore from backup was done. The server had three different wordpress installs on different domains and now none of them can save or publish a post.

    When writing the auto save feature of 2.5.1 tries to save but does not complete. When the publish button is hit it ends up with a blank page.

    I have attempted deleting the database and doing a fresh install and the problem does not happen. When I restore the data from the backup the error reappears, so it is something in the database it appears.

    Any way I can save my data????? Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you
