OK, apparently I’ve done something wrong…or something was done wrong to me, I don’t know, but whatever, all of my plugins, even updraft, were gone when I restored my site. Is there perhaps anyway to get to updraft to see if there’s anything there that had been backed up but wasn’t restored properly? Or just what is there backed up?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log??You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via https://FTP.?You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’m not sure how to do the ftp thing, but worse, when it wiped out all the plugins, it too UpDraft with it as well.

Where do we go from here? I did leave all my databases so I’m almost tempted to just start rebuilding the site plugin by plug in. It may be easier than determining which of the plugins are more deserving of being eliminating that kept around.

    Hi,

It would be great if you can share the restoration log with us so we can find out what caused the restoration to fail.

Also, have you already seen our restoration guide here?

    Thanks,
