Restore wordpress site with the SQL Database and WP-Content manual back-ups

  • Hi there,

    I read that I could migrate and restore my entire wordpress website with just my manual SQL Database and WP-Content folder back-ups in CPanel. Is this possible? I don’t have any other files.

    I have searched the forum and haven’t had any luck finding the exact answer to this question.
