Restore WordPress after Deleteing WP-Confiq Files Permanently

My disk usage was recently showing as full and was unable to ad new files on my database. Hence i looked into Cpanel files and deleted 68MB file of error logs in WP-Config folder and cleared the trashed alos. Now neither my website is loading not wp-admin dashboard. Only this error show up

I tried to login from Cpanel my blog palce but same error. Please help me out in this matter
Backup is showing in my blog of 16GB and when i tried to download it it said Database not found. If i create new blog can i merge or do anything with that so I could run my website again.
