Restore to the former theme?

  • Hello

    By mistake(Without understanding) I installed and used start templates and this catastrophe happend. – all my website was gone.
    Even i deleted the starter templates plug-in but it doesnt restore.

    And then i tried to activate another theme(i don’t know that there is the one i used to use even..) , but still doesn’t work.

    How can i restore former one? canceling all the work of starter template?

    It’s urgent for me.. pls help.

    It’s unfortunate that this happened to your site. Usually, when applying a starter theme + data, it always gives a warning of having your current data to be overwritten.

    What you can do now is to restore from Backup:

    1. If you have a recent backup of your website, you can restore it. This is the most effective way to revert to a previous state.
    2. Check if your hosting provider offers automatic backups or if you have manually created backups. Restore the backup to a point before you installed the starter templates.
