I’ve started a restore, but it still says:

    “Restoring database: 0%

NOTE: Please don’t close your browser until finished.”

Is that very common? Can I go back or do I have to wait for something to happen as not to crash anything?

I’m unable to access the dashboard during the restoring process.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @weeinterpreter,

We’d just like to follow up that based on the error logs you provided, ?The error and PHP warnings seem to be related to the “WPML” WordPress Plugin.

    Source: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/fatal-error-uncaught-error-call-to-undefined-method-wp_textdomain_registry/

You may be able to resolve this error by disabling the “WPML” plugin manually using the FTP or SSH method as instructed here: https://mediatemple.net/community/products/wordpress/360022275731/how-to-deactivate-wordpress-plugins-for-troubleshooting

Please, keep us updated about the results.

    Best Regards,
    The JetApps Team.

Same error here, still not solved?

It is stuck fully, so can I simply reload or will everything be crashed?

Also cannot restore just says at 0% for hours. Quite useless backup system if the restore files and function does not work.
