Restore stuck at 79%

    Hello,

    I had some issues upgrading my theme and to undo the work I attempted to restore my backup from earlier this month. The restore was stuck at 79%. I have now had to refresh and the site was down.My hosting company (hostgator) were able to put it in recovery mode and now I am stuck I can’t do anything with the site and they asked me to contact you to help with the plugin. Any advice?
