Restore password not receiving email

Could you please try with the standard WordPress restore password form?

I receive the mail with that link with the standard form

But my initial domain was https://rendezvous.coherences.com/wp-login&#8230;
I work with wordpress MU

Are you using any other member plugin? That sounds like a conflict.

Remove Dashboard Access
Multisite User Management
Import users from CSV with meta
Export Users to CSV
Confirm User Registration

I have search a plugin because with the standard form my initial site become base site
and it is a trouble for members

Clean login is very clean plugin but my remove password problem.

Ok I have tried one by one (disable) but the same effect, a mail is announced by restore password but never happened.

“Vous recevrez un émail avec le lien d’activation” means the message was successfully delivered through wp_mail() function without troubles.

Thinking in a conflict with others, it could be something related with the captcha you are using in the standard restore password form. Or anything else, but not the plugin itself.

Restore password activation link does not work. I have to change back to WP-default restore link by editing login form! In addition, this plugin conflicts with some plugins.

Yes restore password activation link does no work and another bug “change profil” “new password” edit on page “Profil” : OK and “email a copy of profil to a friend” and the form send a mail to friend gaving informations about the change and possibility changing password.
(Now theme is connectix)

I confirm same problem, this functionality was definitely working but the latest WP update seems to have broken this functionality. Submitting the email of a user, the user doesn’t receive the recovery mail with instructions.

I am trying to get some help in restoring my original email address i have used when i downloaded WordPress in using it for a website.
The story is that someone i asked to help me with some back end editing, replaced my log on password and email credential with his own and now i cannot sign into the Admin section or restore my password because every attempt to restore the password is being redirected to his password.
Any input would be of great help.

I’m having a similar issue. I got a message “An error has ocurred sending the email”. What could be the issue?
