    Please make sure that you are using the latest plugin version https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/changelog, and that your server limits meet plugin system requirements –?https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/getting-started-1/system-requirements

    Also, please try to deactivate your third-party plugins one by one to check if there are conflicts between the Masterstudy LMS and other of your extra plugins.

    Thank you for your help.

    It has conflict with Import Export WordPress Users and WooCommerce Customers. I deactivated it and now it works correctly.
