    Hi,

I’m having 2 issues with restore password.

    1. The email address that sends the restore password content is coming from no-reply@www.[website].com – how can I remove the www.?

    2. The restore email link isn’t working…

e.g. Use the following link to restore your password: restore your password

The link in the email is…

    [website].com/reset-password/?restore=2&_wpnonce=c514fa36dc

…which loads a blank page with the following text:

    Failed security check

    Hi Mike,

First issue: it’s related with your hosting, Clean Login uses the default sender. I can force a change but by default this email address is established by the hosting.

Second issue: “Failed security check” means you are trying to restore the password more than one time, is a security behaviour of the plugin. Could you try with a new restoration? If not, please write me again.

    Regards,

    Alberto.
