Restore parts of MySQL database?

  • Hi.

    I had a WordPress webpage 1 year ago and I decided not to continue with the webpage, and before deleting it I took a backup of the files and the MySQL database using PHPMyAdmin.

    Now I have just started a new webpage with the latest WordPress build, and I would now like to import certain sections of my old webpage, such as links and pages.

    What would be the easiest way to do this?
