    how to upload my backup files and restore them. I have created a backup for my website. and I have downloaded the files on my PC. my site is then damaged and the wordpress is reinstalled. I want to restore the backup that I have in my PC. I have upload the files on the server on the fm-backup folder. but I do not know how to restore them.
