restore media library not working

  • Hi good day
    Have tried several times to restore library but is not working.
    Just see the “Restoring Backups..” button grayed out and nothing happens.
    It has been hours and nothing happens.
    Please any suggestion would be very helpful

  • Guess it’s too late but for anyone that faces the same problem – tick/untick the Optimize on upload feature and save. Then try to restore. Worked for me.
