Restore lost photo folders

    Hello,

    We use Jordy Meow’s Photo Engine plugin to organize our media library.

    Yesterdy, one of our authorized authors inadvertently deleted several Photo Engine folders. The photos they contained now appear in the unsorted folder.

    Is there a way to restore the Photo Engine folder structure from a WP backup?

    Hey @capchampagne ! ??

    If your backup includes the wp_lrsync_ tables, you should be able to restore them to revert back to a previous state. Hope this helps!

    Hi, Val!

    Thank you for your response.

    Our backup does include the lrsync tables but we don’t have an old enough backup to return to a healthy state.

    I guess we’ll have to live with the loss. The photos are not lost, just a few folders. We will ask our authors to review their pictures in the unsorted media folder and crecreate the few folders that were lost.

    Just a bit of work…
