After the successfully backup it’ not shown in the backupfiles. When I’m looking with ftp it’s there. Yes, I did the rescan. It seem it’s only showing the first backup of the day.
    Many thanks

    Hi @asmuthb

There is a chance that the backup was damaged somehow.
On the restore tab the backup(s) list can display only valid backups that can be used.

Could you please try to download the broken backup via FTP and check if you can unzip it?

Which method you used to make the backup? (setting from “Other options” section).

    Hi,

    unzipping works fine.

    Settings are all default.

    Hi @asmuthb

That’s good, please make sure the ZIP contains “manifest(…).json” file – if the file can’t be obtained by our plugin the backup won’t show up on the list.

The other thing you can do is to make sure that you have not change the backup location (second section of the plugin).

    Hi @iclyde

Zip doesn’t contain that json file. Backup location is OK.
I uninstalled the Plugin and did a new installation.
    Now it doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi @asmuthb

Could you please try two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

    • “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
    • …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
    • Don’t forget to save the settings ??

Let me know if that helps! ??
    Thank you

    Hi iClyde,

    I did them.
First “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
    Same error message.
Second …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background” Backup Successful but the same problem as before its not shown in the “Restore list”
I have also now a bmi_backup_manifest.json file after unzipping.

    Thank you.

P.S. I will not work on my side anymore without a stable backup

    Hi,

me again. If i try to upload the zip file I got the error that the file already exists; but there is no file shown at the restore button.
It seem all these errors are after the last update of the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Bernhard

    Hi @asmuthb

Could you please send me your site info?
You can download the full log via our troubleshooting section:
Troubleshooting -> advanced options -> site info -> download.

Then send it to: [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ]

You can also include your most recent backup made with the plugin.
I’ll check it manually and also take a look if something could break the process.

    Thank you! ??
