• HI

I just re-moved the “/wordpress” extension from my domain, and in doing so some of my images are not displaying. Any suggestions on how I can fix this without going through each image and deleting/re-uploading it.

    Thanks in advance

  • You should just have to change the paths to the images. I’d test it on a few images first, then you can use a plugin to change all references.

BIG WARNING: This will change things in your database. If you are not careful it could break things. Take a backup first, then use search ard replace.

Thanks curtis for your suggestion, but I’d think to find a way that doesn’t sound as scary.

I’ve tried simply deleting the “wordpress” extension in each image url, but that still doesn’t fix the problem….
