Restore function not working – Help!

Hey guys!
I am trying to restore wordpress from an existing Updraft backup I made but it seems to just freeze at one point.

I really want to be able to trust in this program and know that it’ll function right so I need to fix things or find another program. I’d rather get this one working so please let me know what I need to do to make this work.
