RESTORE FROM URL

    Hello,

    I’m having an issue with restore from url on my site that’s not yet live. After trying the RESTORE FROM URL I got this new message:

    “The plugin encountered an error while extracting the zip file using the PclZip library,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Temporary files created in **SITE-ROOT**/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.”

    Thank you for posting your request here.

    There can be various causes for this, such as timeouts or shortage of space.

    Could you please check if the zip can be extracted fine on your computer?

    It can not be extracted. I get an immediate red error message above.

    I also opened Inspect in Google and got this:

    options-general.php?page=rlrsssl_really_simple_ssl&tab=configuration:1 A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at https://sellcodes.com/ was set without the SameSite attribute.

    The site sellcodes.com is an http, which seems to be giving me the issue. This is the site that wpclone is selling the plugin, correct? So maybe wpclone can remove this from their code and the issue will go away.

    Aha – did you have the SSL plugin active before you took the backup? Please de-activate those plugins. Does it work then?

    I tried it again after a few minutes without having to deactivate the Really Simple SSL plugin and now it works.
