Restore from Google stuck at 10% and then “Security Check Failed”

  • I’m trying to restore from Google Drive backups on a new host but whenever I try for any of my sites it just sits at 10% for up to an hour before reporting that “Security Check Failed”.

    I’ve confirmed that my account has full admin rights, and have increased upload and memory limits to over 1GB, but still the same issues.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    It looks like some Firewall is blocking Backuply from working. Would you please tell us if you got the Security Failed issue instantly or with a delay of few minutes?

    Hi, I got the same error and it appears after few minutes. My restore also stuck on 10% and after 10-15 minutes it shows the error ” security check failed”. can you please suggest a solution asap?
