Restore from Google after VPS Server crash

Dear sirs, I have problem on hosting provider side. I have all backups of my sites on my Google Disk.
Please tell me how to restore my sites properly.
As i can understand, i need to ask load new copy of WP.
Tnan instal your plugin, than load backups and than restore each site?
Is it right way? Or better subsbscribe tk premium and get Paid help? Thank you
