Restore from File

  • As others have said it seems you need to pay to restore.
    The import feature will not allow an upload of the big file but I have used FTP to get it to the server but there seems to be no way to restore it without paying.
    An answer to a similar request for support says read the documentation. What documentation?
    Misleading.
