    I made a backup with updraft last week. Today I tried to deactivate a plugin that I got for Rss feeds and my website went blank…including the login page for admin. So, I cant get to the backup this way. Is there a way to do it from the cpanel? Thanks for any help on this!!

    Hi,

    Yes, the backups can be accessed via FTP and is located in the “wp-content/updraft” folder.

    I would also suggest you contact the developer of the plugin you deactivated that caused the issue. It could just be a small issue.
