    I have tried to restore a backup for the past 2 days and all I see is “downloading backup files if needed”. I running it again and it’s been 20 minutes and still no progress movement on any sections of the process. I almost thought about upgrading to premium, but not sure if I want to after this… Can someone assist please.

    Hi,

    It is possible that the backup file is no longer available or the connection to your remote storage needs to be re-authenticated (if you have setup remote storage).


    Can you click on the “Rescan remote storage” link to update the backup list? Also, try re-authenticating your remote storage.
