Restore freezes at 0% since almost 3 hours

    I tried to restore a backup and it freezed at 0% since 3 hours. My website is totally down in critical error. What is the solution please? It is very urgent ??

    Hello @mypadistore

    It is recommended that you restore to a clean WordPress install and see if that resolves the issue.

    Also, do you use free or pro version of our plugin for the restoration? If you use the pro version, you can tick the options ‘Clean up old files before restoring’ and ‘Empty the database before restoring’ in the Advanced settings on the restore page.

    In that case, you can reinstall WordPress then install our plugin, upload the backup and restore the site.

    Before reinstalling WordPress, make sure to use file manager or FTP to download local backups (if any) from wp-content/wpvividbackups folder of the site.
