• Hello!

    I will turn to you with the next problem;

    I have to move to a new provider from Old VPS, then I’ve done SQL and XML backups of my site. Well, old VPS has been deleted and I reinstall the fresh WordPress and imported the XML. There was no problem, it just did not display the images on a website and they are not even on the server. It has not created folders on FTP.
    For example: xy.1337 / wp-content / uploads / 2017 / monthly / filename .. etc ..

    Any ideas? Do I reinstall wordpress and then import it again? There is no backup of old VPS, only the XML file. (all content save)

    The XML export does not export images, just links, which get imported on the the site during the import process. If you turned off the old site first, then you’ll have to re-upload your images.

    For future reference, the best way to move a site is to copy the files, and import/export SQL using phpmyadmin or the mysql command line tools.
