Restore fails when extracting Uploads folder

    I have the latest version and I have run 7 backups using all three of my machines and each and every time it bombs out while extracting the uploads folder.
    The log indicates it is extracting and there it ends.
    I have deleted the plugin, reinstalled it on each of the 3 machines involved.
    The log indicates the backup succeeded each time, no errors.
    This is a relatively small backup being roughly 640 mb total.
    Maybe it is dropbox, but I doubt it since the files that are downloaded are exactly the same size as when uploaded.
    I am out of ideas at my end. Is there a glitch in the latest update?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the restoration log?
    This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site via FTP.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    The one glaring error I can see is that the expected file size on the uploads.zip is over 810mb, since the whole entire backup uses less than 678 mb something is amiss.
    Also the uploads folder gets split at roughly 410 mb and then the uploads2.zip is usually about 208 mb, but in the restore this seems to be reversed.

    Oh my…I am excited now. There was an update, which I installed and now I can’t even do a backup.

    Still can’t restore from a backup!
    Have the latest version and backup works, but when restoring it simply fails at the uploads portion every time.

    If I try to continue the restore, which I get a notice about I get this:
    “This backup does not exist in the backup history – restoration aborted. Timestamp: 1506553560”

    What scares me is that I use this plugin on 8 other sites, that unlike the site I am using for testing, they don’t get restored unless we have a failure. My little test site gets restored every single day which is why I spotted the error. I would hate to think that if I attempted a restore of a full website with years of posts that I would encounter the same issue.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us the log for the 27th September 2017 18:06 backup?

    Could you also download the Uploads backup file and unzip it on your local machine? Is the contents doubled?
