I’m trying to create a backup to test in Local by Flywheel before updating elementor and wordpress. i installed wordpress and downgraded to 6.0.3 since that’s what the backed up site is currently running, but it didn’t make any progress at all before failing. I have had issues with a few other plugins trying to get a backup because of php errors that seem to be related to cacheing, but i disabled all the cacheing plugins before making the backup.

    Hi @miscelaineyous

Looks like your backup is protected by in-plugin configuration on website where you created the backup.

Please head up to second section of our plugin (on the website where you created the backup) and allow to use migration: https://prnt.sc/t7cfZ4Vszx1W

There is no need to create new backup.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

Thanks. Unfortunately, that was already set to yes. Is there something else that might be causing this issue?

    Hi @miscelaineyous

    My apologies for delayed reply.

If this options is set to yes on both websites it may mean your backup is protected by some other plugin, firewall or passwd file.

In such case you may need to disable third-party protection or download the file and upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if you know what can block the plugin and if manual upload works ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
