    Hi @billclinton2022

Have you maybe migrated this website from TasteWP?
    – I am just curious [:

    –––––––––––––

In plugin configuration there is one huge issue that disallows logs to be written, as well as backups or temporary files.

In second section of our plugin (“Where shall the backup(s) be stored?”) you can insert path where your backups should be stored.

Currently that path is set in way that such directory does not exist and you don’t have access to write/read from that place.

Alternative solution for you would be to reinstall the plugin (with configuration removal). It will automatically set new and proper path.

To do that, you need to open “Other options” section and at the very end toggle “Delete all plugins settings” as well as “Delete all backups (created by this plugin)”.

Once both are checked, disable and delete the plugin from your website.
It will clear settings and allow you to fresh install it.

In that case, you can already use our latest beta:
    Download: https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.2.2.9.zip

Once you install it run backup/migration once again and if it will fail, share new debug code. This time I should be able to see all logs once that is fixed.

Simplest solution would be to adjust the path and save settings (second section).
Your path beginning is: /home/5/i/ihrk/www/wp-content (simply replace it up to wp-content of current configuration).
    – But I still highly recommend you to process with reinstallation.

Let me know if that resolves your issue as well ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
