    Hi, I am trying to restore / migrate a site from the backup. I have backups taken on different days. But none of the restore is successful. I get an error – “Restore failed”. The following is an extract from the status window.

    [2021-09-22 21:04:16][notice]extract finished:{“result”:”failed”,”error”:”PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure”}
    [2021-09-22 21:04:16][notice]Finished restoring domainname.com_wpvivid-6139ecec1cf70_2021-09-09-12-15_backup_uploads.part001.zip

    I have increased all the memory limits, etc. as suggested in the previous thread. But, still no luck.
    I have successfully restored sites earlier & this is the first time I am having trouble with!

    Hope htere’ll be a working solution!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @siapliw

    It can be because of insufficient disk space of the target site. Please try to free?up the disk?space. In?general,?in?order?to?successfully?backup?a?site,?the amount of free disk space on the web server needs to be twice the size of the website.

    After that, upload the backup again and see if the problem is gone.

    Thanks or the reply.
    Issue does not seem to be of space. I tried the same on a local install as well as on different test server. Problem & errors are the same.

    Hi @siapliw

    Thank you for your update.

    Then please?unzip the backup in your computer and see if it is broken.

    If it can be successfully unzipped, please upload?the?zip via?FTP?client?to the target site (by?default to /wp-content/wpvividbackups folder) then click the “Scan?uploaded?backups?and?received?backups” button?on the plugin to?display?them?in the backup?list and restore.

    If it can not be unzipped, then please?create?a new backup to upload.?Before?that, please make sure the disk?space?of the source?site is sufficient.

    All the best,
