Would you be able to send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

The log shows this error message “0123.688 () Error message: Could not move the files into place. Check your file permissions.”

There appears to be a file permission issue, meaning UpdraftPlus or WordPress does not have the correct read or write permission to a certain folder or file.

It could also mean that your server disk space is full. Please check on that as well.
