    WPServeur (specialized WordPress host)

We have security in the NGINX and PHP configuration.
What are the server conditions to use your plugin ?

    Hi @rodman38

The logs already tells you why it failed:
[ERROR] [2021-01-23 10:20:03] Cannot start migration process
[ERROR] [2021-01-23 10:20:03] Error: There is not enough space on the server, checked: 142318656 bytes.
    [ERROR] [2021-01-23 10:20:03] Aborting…

There is not enough space on your server.
Can you check / confirm that you have enough space?

Also looks like your server is running on Apache not Nginx:
    Web server: Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) mod_fcgid/2.3.9 OpenSSL/1.1.1i

Which in my opinion is quite better for WordPress actually.

Also for migration you can try this version:
    https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.0.7.99.zip

It has serval fixes for migration.

    Hi @backupsupport

No, the site to migrate is 230.22 MB, here is the url:
    https://1testpf8-testjulien.pf8.wpserveur.net

it is an NGINX server with ubuntu.

I want to migrate the site to this URL:
    https://fretfulflowers.tastewp.com

i just want to try the service https://tastewp.com
the site will be deleted automatically in a few hours.

we cannot migrate a site from an NGINX server to an apache server ? It works with the migrate guru plugin

    Hi @rodman38

You can migrate the site without any issues from Nginx to Apache.

TasteWP allows you to migrate Backups in parts which are below 100 MB (since the total space you have is around 220 MB). – That’s why you are missing space error.

If your site in total takes 230 MB you can try to export plugin, themes, uploads separately then at the end upload the database.

As you are BMI user we can increase space on one of your sites for testing.
Just let us know about your subdomain sending an email to: [support (at) backupbliss dot com]

I’ll mark this topic as resolved for now, let us know via email about the TasteWP thing.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

I was getting the same error, I presumed for the same reasons.

But then I tried again without backing up plugins or uploads (just themes and WP-content) 25MB, and still got the error?

Ideally however, I’d want to migrate the whole site or it’s not really useful, there an option to migrate more than 100MB in the Pro Version?

If yes, is it possible to trial this?

    Hey @siwhyatt

    Migration process checks:
    x = size of backup
    y = free space

    (x * 2) + (x * 0.4) < y
x * 2 because we need twice amount of space at least, for temporary files and replacement.
x * 0.4 because we cannot left the system without space, that may be dangerous.

If that is smaller that free space it will pass the migration.

Free version don’t have limit for migration, you can migrate site with any size.

As I said, let us know which domain you’re using, guys from email support will give you more space to you site ??
