I use wp-dbmanager to create my site backups. I had to do a restore yesterday but wp-dbmanager didn’t replace all my files. For instance, in the /web/content/wp-content/themes/page-templates directory I have some custom .php scripts. These are the same before and after the restore even though they should have been changed. I need those files restored to the way they were before. What can I do?

For more detail I did the restore both via wp-dbmanager in wp-admin and via phpsqladmin. Neither restored the scripts in the directory described in the prior message

It doesn’t restore files. As the name of the plugin goes, it only touches the database.
