Restore didn't work

  • will try on other domains. Unfortunately, none of my installs are complicated. So I don’t expect this to work on any sites.

    Cant read configuration file from backup

    I apologize if you were having issues with the restore process.

    We have a couple different ways to receive support starting with our documentation site where most questions can be answered to an active support forum and a support desk where you can submit tickets for additional help.

    Thanks MainWP, I used your support in the past. I wasn’t trying to do that again.

    I use this with around 90+ websites and can confirm that it works extremely well. MY server and all hosts are configured correctly and permissions are correct. I can see it being a problem if you have issues or wrong permissions, however, this is not the fault of MainWP.
