Hello,
I am sorry for the delay in response.
If it is a different website where you want to restore that backup then.
Make sure the backup you created a backup of both directories and database. If even one is not present then the migration will break.
If you are using a remote location then you will need to add that location and sync it. We have given the option to sync in the Backup history tab and in the Add Backup location form.
If you created a backup on a local folder then what you need to do is copy the backup from oldwesbsite/wp-content/backuply/backups/yourbackupfile.tar.gz to newwesbsite/wp-content/backuply/backups/
And you need to copy the info file too which would be of the same name as the backup file with .PHP extension and will be located in oldwebsite/wp-content/backuply/backups-info.
Once you do that you will find the backup in your backup history tab and you have to click restore and wait for the restore to complete.
Do let us know if you need further assistance
Regards,
Backuply Team.
