    Hello,

How can I restore deleted orders? I only found out recently that by deleting an order, it deleted commissions, and vendor’s earnings (IMO it should be clearly mentioned)

    Hi @uskutech

Thanks for your valuable query and time,

Unfortunately, there’s no way to restore the deleted order. Because once you delete an order, it will remove from the site as well as the database. I believe you can understand.

In that case, if you had a backup of your site when those orders were available, you can restore that, but that will remove anything after the backup. Try this method only if you have no changes/orders after the backup is taken, and be extra careful.

    Best Regards!

Can I suggest adding some kind of warning or alert? We export the orders list weekly and to avoid confusion, had to delete older ones. We keep a record of those orders but didn’t know it affected the reports, commissions, vendors.

    That would be helpful.

    Hi @uskutech

Thanks for your enhancement request. We might work on that if more customers want the same feature.

But there is no option to delete orders from the Vendor Dashboard by default. You can only delete or trash an order from the Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders.

As the feature is from WooCommerce, with the plugin, you will notice once you click the trash button for any order, will trash it directly but also will show you to undo the delete option. I believe that should help you to avoid the accidental deletion of orders.

    Best Regards!
