    Please go to WP Admin | Frontend Dashboard | Frontend Dashboard | Status | Delete or Empty
    Delete all tables

    and

    Please go to WP Admin | Frontend Dashboard | Frontend Dashboard | Status | Options |

    Delete all Options

    Once done, Please try to refresh the page once or twice, you can have the default settings.

    If it doesn’t work, please let me know.
